Shipping Policy

All generators ship via FedEx or UPS Ground to addresses within the continental United States, excluding California. Orders typically ship within 1 business day. Delivery times vary by location but generally range from 1-4 business days once shipped.

Due to the size and weight of our products (25–110 lbs), all shipments are delivered to your door — no freight terminals, no commercial address required.

Free local pickup is available at our location in Union, MO. Local delivery within the surrounding area may be available — call or text 314-833-8000 to arrange.

Shipping to US Territories will have a shipping charge that is clearly labeled for the address.
