Shipping Policy

We ship generators to Guam, Saipan, Tinian, Rota, and the rest of the CNMI. Shipping is included in the price shown on the product page. There is no separate charge at checkout and no invoice afterward.

Orders ship from Missouri after a 2 to 4 business day handling window, then move by USPS Priority Air. Total time is generally two to three weeks door to door. Once it lands, delivery follows the normal USPS schedule on island.

A signature is required at delivery.

We ship to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO Boxes.

Generators ship new with no fuel and no oil installed. This is a shipping requirement. Have oil on hand before your unit arrives.

Every generator going to the islands is double-boxed. The factory carton goes inside a second outer box with added padding before it leaves Missouri.
