Return & Cancellation Policy

U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)

Scope
This policy applies to generator units shipped to U.S. Territories.

Return Eligibility

  • Return window: Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Condition: Must be unopened and factory-sealed

  • No returns: Units that have been opened, fueled, or used

Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping: Buyer is responsible for all return costs and logistics
  • Restocking fee: 20% deducted from item cost 
  • Original shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
  • Refund method: Issued to original payment method after inspection

Damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival)

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photos and/or video required to process claim

Logistics & Restrictions

  • Return labels: Not provided for territory shipments requiring customs documentation

  • Hazardous materials: Once fueled, units cannot be returned under any circumstances

Order Cancellation Policy (All Orders)

Due to high demand and the specialized handling required for our generators, orders begin processing immediately after purchase.

Each unit is ordered, received, inspected, and prepared for shipment specifically for your order, which requires dedicated time and handling.

  • Cancellation window: Within 12 hours of order placement

  • After this window, the unit has already been secured and is in processing

Cancellation requests after 12 hours:

  • May be approved at our discretion

  • May be subject to up to a 20% restocking/processing fee

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Condition
Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received

Return Process

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Shipping

  • Return labels may be provided if the return is approved

  • Otherwise, buyer may be responsible depending on reason for return

Damages & Issues

Each generator is inspected prior to shipment.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • Item is defective

  • Item is damaged

  • Wrong item received

We will evaluate and resolve promptly.

Refunds

  • You will be notified once your return is received and inspected

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Banking delays may apply
