Scope
This policy applies to generator units shipped to U.S. Territories.
Return Eligibility

Return window: Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Condition: Must be unopened and factory-sealed

No returns: Units that have been opened, fueled, or used
Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping: Buyer is responsible for all return costs and logistics
- Restocking fee: 20% deducted from item cost
- Original shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
- Refund method: Issued to original payment method after inspection
Damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival)

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Photos and/or video required to process claim
Logistics & Restrictions

Return labels: Not provided for territory shipments requiring customs documentation

Hazardous materials: Once fueled, units cannot be returned under any circumstances
Order Cancellation Policy (All Orders)
Due to high demand and the specialized handling required for our generators, orders begin processing immediately after purchase.
Each unit is ordered, received, inspected, and prepared for shipment specifically for your order, which requires dedicated time and handling.

After this window, the unit has already been secured and is in processing
Cancellation requests after 12 hours:

May be subject to up to a 20% restocking/processing fee
